A leading company in the watch industry is seeking a Sales Lead in Calgary. This role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Lead will also support daily operations and maintain visual merchandising standards. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role with flexible scheduling requirements.
As a Swatch Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in all day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on sales initiatives, coaching sales associates to achieve performance goals while embodying Swatch Core Competencies : Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships.
Starting base pay of $17.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include :
Working Conditions : Work is performed with moderate physical effort, requiring significant walking and standing for the majority of each shift. The position involves lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) boxes and store fixtures, as well as maintaining focus when completing paperwork, cash management, or using the POS system.
Employment Status : Full-Time : 35 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet business needs and may be required to work more than 35 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
