About The Team

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As a Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports Managers and Sales Associates, which is instrumental to our in-store success.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate results-oriented selling with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment.
  • Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to connect with people at all organizational levels and charm audiences.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of setting priorities and delegating tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
