Job summary

Miniso Canada is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate for our Burlington Center location at 777 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7R 3N2. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and deliver friendly, efficient service to every customer.

You will operate the cash register, maintain shelves, design displays, work as part of a team, and ensure health and safety standards are followed. Flexible hours and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds are required; eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable, and efficient manner.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
