Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a Sales Associate at Mapleview Centre in Burlington to deliver outstanding guest experiences and support daily store operations. This on-site, part-time role offers opportunities to develop fashion industry knowledge and customer service skills while contributing to a fast-paced team in a premium retail environment.

As a member of our retail team, you will handle POS transactions, assist customers, and support merchandising and stock tasks.

A sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role of ensuring the success of the JD Sports team.

• Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry
• Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner
• Highly organized. Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team
• Able to multi task and learn new programs quickly
• Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments
