Qualifications

• Specialization in shingled roofs is required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) safely.
• Experience installing shingles and flashing is expected.
• Fall Arrest Protection Training is required.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation are required.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair or replace shingles as needed.
• Install shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs.
• Install sheet metal flashings around roof joints.
• Install or replace asphalt shingles and wood shingles.
• Install shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and work outdoors at height in a noisy environment.
