Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare in Ontario is hiring passionate Registered Practical Nurses to provide exceptional home and community nursing care in Stratford and surrounding Perth County. This is a full-time, guaranteed hours position with 60 hours bi-weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, every other weekend and on-call, delivering care in clients’ home settings.

You will apply clinical judgment, maintain client dignity, and work within a collaborative team supported by accessible managers and schedulers.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required).
• Current RN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide home and community nursing care to clients in Stratford area.
• Utilize clinical judgment to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

Availability needed: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every other weekend and On-call.

Education

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), French language proficiency considered an asset

• Two professional references
