Bayshore HealthCare is seeking Registered Practical Nurses to join our Stratford-area home health care team. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours, with 60 hours bi-weekly, and a 4-week ramp-up period from date of hire.
Shifts run 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, every other weekend and on-call. Education requirements include RN/LPN registration, CPR certification, and Ontario licensing. Bayshore emphasizes compassionate patient-centered care in clients’ homes.

This is a guaranteed hours position. This position is full-time with a guaranteed of 60 hours bi-weekly. There is a 4 weeks ramp up period from date of hire. More details can be given at time of interview.
Area of Work: Successful candidates will be seeing clients in Stratford (serving all of Perth County not limited to St. Mary’s, Mitchell, Stratford).
Availability needed: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every other weekend and On-call.
