Job summary

Pinnacle Protection Services is seeking qualified security officers to join our Saskatoon team for full-time weekday, weekend, and night shifts. You will patrol facilities, monitor access, and respond to incidents to protect clients and property.

The role emphasizes use of force when necessary, clear shift reporting, and collaboration with emergency services. Training opportunities may be available; we can assist with Saskatchewan Basic Security Guard Training for new entrants.

Qualifications

• We require completion of the Saskatchewan Basic Security Guard Training Course.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness and stamina.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling, inspecting buildings, and controlling access.
• Prevent theft by observing operations, enforcing client policy, and issuing bans.
• Complete shift reports detailing observations and incidents.
• Arrest and Detain offenders when required and assist emergency services as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability in all duties.
