  • Follow up on customer orders, special orders, backorders, and product availability when required

  • Use the company's point-of-sale and computer systems accurately and efficiently

  • Process debit, credit, and other customer payments

  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and funding information while respecting customer privacy and confidentiality

  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments, checking products, and putting inventory away

Who We Are Looking For

More than anything, we are looking for the right person to join our team.

You do not need to know every medical product on your first day. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, asks questions, pays attention to detail, treats customers with respect, and understands that excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do.

Our customers rely on us for products that can have a meaningful impact on their comfort, independence, mobility, and everyday quality of life. We want someone who takes that responsibility seriously while contributing to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented workplace.

If you are dependable, personable, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people, we would like to hear from you.
