Aspen Healthcare is seeking a dependable Sales Associate to join our team in Canada. In this full-time role, you will greet customers, process orders, and help customers find the right medical supplies and home healthcare products.

You will learn our extensive product range, operate the POS system, handle payments, and assist with stock and store presentation. We value teamwork, excellent customer service, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in medical supply or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills and team orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to walk-in and telephone customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting appropriate products based on their needs.
• Learn Aspen Healthcare's product range and develop strong product knowledge.
• Create and process customer orders, invoices, payments, returns and exchanges accurately.
• Process orders and documentation for Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) and other funding programs.
• Handle payments using POS systems and maintain accurate customer records.
• Maintain organized product displays and stock levels; assist with receiving shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized desk and store area; support day-to-day store operations.
