Role Overview

We’re seeking a full-time Lead Photographer to join our Miami team. This role is perfect for an experienced photographer with leadership skills who thrives in both creative and professional environments. In addition to leading wedding shoots, you’ll take on smaller in-studio sessions such as maternity, family, commercial, and headshots throughout the week. You’ll also oversee the post-production of these smaller shoots to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wedding Photography: Serve as the lead photographer for weddings and ensure seamless coverage of the event, capturing key moments with creativity and professionalism.
• In-Studio Sessions: Conduct and manage smaller in-studio shoots, including but not limited to maternity, family, headshots, and commercial projects.
• Client Consultations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their shoots, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Post-Production Oversight: Handle the editing and final delivery of images for smaller shoots, ensuring high-quality, on-brand results within specified timelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Miami team to build a strong presence in the market and contribute to the growth of our business.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Exhibit leadership skills and foster a positive, collaborative environment within the team.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience, including weddings and lifestyle shoots.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including weddings, portraits, and commercial photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other relevant post-production software.
• Familiarity with studio lighting setups and techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering top-tier work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members.
