About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service while remaining calm in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, problem-solve, make decisions, and communicate clearly
  • Build relationships with team members and callers, demonstrating leadership and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certificates (must be obtained before training)
  • 2+ years' customer service experience; call centre experience is an asset
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (net)
Additional Skills & Knowledge

Assessment and Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will complete an online CritiCall assessment, which evaluates skills such as keyboarding, listening, and reading comprehension. Successful candidates will undergo additional assessments, including a personality test and observation shift, followed by a behavioral interview.
