Job summary

CAE is hiring multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform at the Montreal Training Centre. You will deliver simulator and ground school instruction and lead briefings, ensuring training meets Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

You will maintain qualifications, pursue ongoing professional development, and share aviation knowledge within a collaborative learning environment, while all instruction is delivered in English.

Qualifications

• ATP/ATPL license issued by a recognized aviation authority.
• Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Authorized to live and work in Canada; relocation support may be provided.
• Preferred: 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience, and experience flying business jets.

• Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Any Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority
• Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
• Must be authorized to live and work in Canada. Relocation within Canada may be supported, if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and or FAA ATP
• Experience flying business aircraft.
• 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience.
