Job summary

CAE Inc. is hiring multiple full‑time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform at our Montreal Training Centre. You will deliver simulator and ground school instruction, conduct briefings/debriefings, and ensure training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

Qualifications include an ATP licence, strong teaching skills, and the ability to work in Canada. Some relocation assistance may be available; occasional WFH flexibility is noted.

Qualifications

  • Any Airline Transport Pilot licence issued by a recognized aviation authority.
  • Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
  • Relocation within Canada may be supported, if needed.

We are hiring multiple full‑time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre.

Key responsibilities
  • Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction.
  • Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
  • Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
  • Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.
  • Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • All instruction shall be provided in English.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Any Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority
  • Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
  • Relocation within Canada may be supported, if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and or FAA ATP Experience flying business aircraft.
  • 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience.
