Job summary

CAE Inc. is hiring multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre. You will deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction in English and ensure training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

Qualifications include an ATP licence, strong teaching passion, and solid computer skills. Relocation within Canada may be supported.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
• Prepare and conduct briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
• Maintain your own qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.
• Share aviation knowledge and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• All instruction shall be provided in English.
