Job description

Job Title: Houseperson/Housekeeper

The Home Inn & Suites by d3h - Saskatoon is hiring a Full-Time Houseperson/Housekeeper. Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning assigned areas according to hotel standards, including vacuuming carpets, emptying wastebaskets, washing windows, and cleaning washrooms.
2. Keeping walkways clear of snow and debris.
3. Assisting hotel staff with minor maintenance issues.
4. Supporting housekeeping, laundry, and front desk staff as needed.
5. Operating housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
6. Complying with hotel safety, emergency procedures, and Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines.
7. Maintaining security for guests and property.
8. Performing additional tasks such as deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning.
9. Cleaning guest rooms according to standards.

The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated individual with knowledge of hotel operations. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, possess excellent English skills, and be able to perform the duties effectively.
