Qualifications

• No standard education requirements; training will be provided.
• Fluent English language required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• Operate industrial vacuums to remove debris and waste.
• Empty trash and waste containers.
• Clean windows, interior walls and ceilings.
• Perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems and coordinate major repairs.
• Carry out minor appliance repairs.
• Conduct security and safety checks.
• Supervise other workers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting and drywall repairs.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
