Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Full-Time Freelance Beauty Brand Advisor to represent top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora and other retailers across Ottawa. You’ll work across multiple brands with steady hours and pay as an employee, while enjoying the flexibility of field sales.

The role covers in-store brand events, coaching store teams, and sharp merchandising across market locations. Weekend availability and independent work ethic are required, with training and ongoing brand education provided

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• A strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• A confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• The drive to work independently.
• A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.

The Role

• Part-time employee position (not an independent contractor role)
• $25-30 CAD/hour, based on experience
• Work with multiple beauty and skincare brands
• Scheduled at retail locations across your market
• Weekend availability required
