Headkount is seeking a Freelance Beauty Brand Advisor for Vancouver to represent multiple beauty brands at Sephora and other retailers. This part-time, employee role offers steady hours and pay with training and support, across various market locations.

Weekend availability is required to cover retail schedules. You will drive sales, train store teams, host in-store events, and maintain on-brand merchandising.

Love the freelance life but want the stability of a steady schedule? As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll represent top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora and other leading beauty retailers across your market, with the variety you love plus the steady pay, training and support of being an employee.

The Role

• Part-time employee position (not an independent contractor role)
• $25-30 CAD/hour, based on experience
• Work with multiple beauty and skincare brands
• Scheduled at retail locations across your market
• Weekend availability required

What You'll Do

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies
• Host and support in-store brand events
• Keep merchandising sharp and on-brandComplete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

You Bring

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
• A strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• A confident, professional, team-player attitude

• A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
