Job summary

Headkount is seeking a freelance Beauty Brand Advisor to rotate across multiple beauty brands at Sephora and other retailers in Montreal. This part-time role offers the stability of steady pay and training as an employee.

You will drive sales, train store teams, host in-store events, and keep merchandising on-brand while working across markets. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• A strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• The drive to work independently.
• A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
• Fluency in French; English an asset.

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll represent top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora and other leading beauty retailers across your market, with the variety you love plus the steady pay, training and support of being an employee.

The Role

• Part-time employee position (not an independent contractor role)
• $25-30 CAD/hour, based on experience
• Work with multiple beauty and skincare brands
• Scheduled at retail locations across your market
• Weekend availability required
