Feds N’ Shences Inc. in Wasaga Beach is hiring a Full-Time Fence Installer to join our outdoor construction team.

The right candidate will train in fencing installation and framing techniques, with opportunity to develop carpentry skills while contributing to fence projects across local sites. No prior fencing experience is required, as training will be provided; however, practical carpentry or construction experience, reliability, and the ability to work physically outdoors are essential to

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry or construction experience required.
• Previous fencing experience is an asset, but not required.
• Ability and willingness to learn fence installation and framing techniques.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work.
• Able to lift and move construction materials.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation strongly preferred due to varying job sites.
• Applicants are encouraged to provide pictures of previous carpentry, construction, or other relevant work.
