Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and schedules.
• Computer literacy for documentation, record keeping, and communication purposes.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide children through learning experiences.
• Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Writing skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Support classroom management and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all children
• Engage children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational exercises
• Collaborate with team members to monitor children’s progress and address individual needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and equipment
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s activities and well-being
• Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations related to early childhood education.
