Job summary

Vision Transportation, Inc. in Belleville is hiring a full-time Dock Operator to support the operations team at the Belleville Warehouse, located at 500 College Street East. Choose from multiple shifts including day and night options to fit your schedule.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits such as shift premiums, a semi-annual bonus, paid personal days and safety boot reimbursement. Join a team focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of loading experience in the transportation industry.
• Be proficient at maximizing the capacity of cubed freight trailers/containers.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Experience operating a counter-balance forklift, clamp trucks and endriders preferred.

Job Description

FULL-TIME DOCK OPERATOR to assist the operations team at the BELLEVILLE Warehouse, located at 500 College Street East.

Available Shifts to Choose From

• Monday to Thursday: 5:00am - 3:30pm
• Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm - 2:00am
• Tuesday to Friday: 2:00am - 12:30pm
• Friday to Sunday, 7:00pm - 7:30am (3 x 12 hour shifts)

Salary

Salary: $20.00 per hour to start

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of previous loading experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Be proficient at maximizing the capacity of cubed freight trailers/containers.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Experience with operating a counter-balance forklift, clamp trucks and endriders preferred.
