Job summary

Grainger Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Bin Picking) to join our Distribution Center team in Canada. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, labeling, put away, picking and packing products, using scanning devices to fulfill orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in line with OSHA guidelines.

The position supports multiple shifts, with a path to full-time employment. You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and collaborate with teammates to meet safety,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of work experience in a fast-paced and physically active job.
• Ability to speak and understand written and spoken English.
• Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working on or around moving equipment and elevated stations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, put away, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
• Operate wrist-worn or hand-held scanning equipment to accurately fulfill customer orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Work collaboratively and assist other teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, behaviour, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
