Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to grow and expand our team. We value individuals who can grow, think, dream, and create. You will use your skills to build great experiences, learn about real estate, economics, and data, and work with a diverse, innovative, and collaborative team dedicated to shaping the future of housing.

Responsibilities

1. Mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and support.
2. Build responsive and accessible user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
3. Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React and Next.js/Remix.
4. Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.
5. Design and implement scalable, maintainable RESTful APIs using C# (.NET 8) and modern backend frameworks.
6. Collaborate with developers and architects to evolve monolithic architecture into modular services.
7. Build and enhance new services and applications using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
8. Implement state management solutions and optimize performance.
9. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
10. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
11. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
12. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to improve workflows.
13. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
2. Strong proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
3. Experience with Next.js or Remix framework.
4. Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, responsive design).
5. Hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
6. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
7. Knowledge of testing libraries like Jest and React Testing Library.
8. Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, SCSS, CSS Modules).
9. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
10. Understanding of accessibility standards (VPAT).
11. Experience with version control systems (GitHub).
12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
