Job summary

ValueHosting is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern - Product. You will implement UI and API changes in TypeScript, write tests, and fix bugs across server and dashboard flows while collaborating with engineering, QA, and design teams.

Role Summary

• Hands-on experience developing software with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as part of a regular workflow.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Experience working with Node.js and NPM, or a close equivalent.
• Willingness to read existing code before rewriting it.
• Experience with Git for source control.
• Able to overlap Eastern Time during the internship.
• Commitment to continuous technical and professional development.
• Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience developing web applications using modular and componentized approaches.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and strategies.
• Experience with tRPC, Postgres, or similar TypeScript API stacks.
