Full Stack Software Engineer (Canada)

Orum is transforming sales conversations through AI-driven live platforms that enhance sales team efficiency, accelerate pipeline growth, and reduce customer acquisition costs. The Full Stack Engineer will work across the stack to deliver impactful features from conception to deployment, including developing AI functionalities, routing calls via our SIP Softswitch, real-time UI updates with WebSockets, streaming audio processing, and data visualization.

As a remote-first company in a hyper-growth phase, we handle over 1 million calls daily, generating vast data for innovative product development. If you thrive on autonomy, impact, and collaboration, this role is for you!

Our tech stack includes NodeJS with TypeScript, Ruby, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.

Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 CAD. We aim to make a fair offer based on your experience and value your time.

Must Have

• Based in Canada
• No visa sponsorship available
• 2+ years professional software development experience
• 1+ year experience with Node/React stack backend development
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience optimizing NodeJS performance
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS
• React frontend development experience
• Shell scripting knowledge
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• CI/CD pipeline experience
