You can also find more information about the company and our products at odaia.ai.

ODAIA is a remote first organization, all our positions are WFH withfrequent company and team based socials, events and meetings in-person and virtually.

ODAIA's AI helps the world’s largest pharma commercial teams grow their brands by engaging HCPs at the right time—when they need information to make treatment decisions.

We use proprietary machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs) to help teams understand their customers—healthcare professionals (HCPs)—and predict prescribing behaviors.

Our SaaS platform turns complex data into personalized insights, helping pharma teams make informed decisions that bring therapies to patients faster.

ODAIAns (what we call ourselves) are inspired to reinvent the future of how non-technical people leverage data in their day-to-day lives. We are passionate about solving complex problems in data, AI, engineering, design, and product, so our customers don’t have to. We live by the notion that “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication;” and making simplicity scalable is an even bigger challenge. That’s why we have a crazy talented team led by serial entrepreneurs, tech veterans, and life sciences experts.

OUR MISSION

Reducing patients’ time to therapy by facilitating meaningful interactions with healthcare providers, through human-centric software powered by AI.

We’re also on a mission to build an innovative, diverse, and ego-free business, where trust, innovation and ownership are valued. You’re on a mission too? We’re here for it. We put an emphasis on career development for our employees, and the opportunities to grow are extensive.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

Reporting to the Engineering Development Manager , we are seeking a Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer who can bridge the gap between scalable ML infrastructure and intuitive user-facing applications. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with our Platform, and Product teams to bring ML-powered features into production and deliver measurable business value to our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Architect scalable data pipelines and secure, cloud-native infrastructure to support real-time and batch ML workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype web applications and internal tools to test hypotheses and accelerate the productization of data-driven features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify impactful use cases and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Translate complex machine learning and system design concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply modern ML techniques, including transformer-based models, embedding systems, and retrieval methods, to solve real-world problems.
  • Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through clean, testable code, thoughtful architecture, and strong documentation practices

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of experience delivering machine learning and software solutions in production environments, ideally in a full-stack or applied ML capacity.
  • Strong understanding of core ML principles, with practical experience developing and deploying models that drive product or business value.
  • Proven ability to go from idea to MVP using modern web frameworks and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Experience with modern ML techniques, including NLP pipelines, transformer architectures, and scalable vector search or retrieval systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, FastAPI, Dagster).
  • Strong coding and engineering fundamentals, including version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Experience working in GenAI, NLP, or building intelligent features within SaaS or B2B products.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A strong values based culture, we Ignite Innovation, Own It and Stand Together
  • Tremendous growth and unique learning opportunities
  • A large amount of ownership and autonomy for managing things directly
  • No waiting period for medical and dental benefits enrollment
  • Flexible working hours, focusing on what we achieve and not the number of hours we clock
  • An open and flexible vacation policy
  • Career development opportunities, and a solid business model - we’re in it for the long haul!
  • If you think you may not check every box, don’t worry, we would love to see your resume anyway! Odaians are at core a group of great and talented people, eager to learn, take ownership, and turn ambitious ideas into reality.
