Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least three years of experience in full-stack software development.
• In-depth mastery of Java and Node.js (2+ years).
• Experience in building and integrating critical APIs.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks React/Angular/Vue.js, backend frameworks Express/NestJS/Spring Boot, databases MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Couchbase, API protocols REST/SOAP/OpenAPI/Swagger, cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ensure smooth frontend-backend integration via Air Canada's enterprise platform.
• Write clean, well-documented code and conduct unit/integration tests.
• Optimize performance and contribute to system documentation.
