The Role

We’re searching for a Technical Lead/Co Lead with a strong full-stack background to guide our engineering team and own the technical direction of our platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to architect and build high-performance, scalable solutions—maintaining our existing platform while spearheading the development of a next-gen AI-powered product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Oversee Development
2. Direct architectural decisions for both our legacy and emerging platforms.
3. Mentor and guide a growing team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
4. Platform Evolution
5. Maintain and optimize the current platform while developing a next-gen AI/ML platform.
6. Propose and implement database designs (MySQL, MongoDB) and microservices strategies.
7. Full Stack Engineering
8. Work with Docker/Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate services in production.
9. Code Quality & Collaboration
10. Write clean, readable, and well-documented code; perform and champion peer code reviews.
11. Investigate product defects, identify root causes, test fixes, and own deployments.
12. Participate in all Scrum practices (planning, standups, retrospectives).
13. Advocate for best practices in testing (unit, integration, E2E) and DevOps.

What You’ll Bring

1. 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development (front-end + back-end) in SaaS or web-based products.
2. Containerization & Deployment: Proficiency with Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes, microservices architecture.
3. Database Experience: MySQL and MongoDB; comfort with designing scalable data models.
4. Testing Mindset: Experience implementing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
5. Git Fluency: Version control and collaboration on feature branches, PRs, merges, etc.
6. Strong Communication: Comfortable leading technical discussions, presenting architecture ideas, and mentoring junior team members.

Bonus:

Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or MLOps, advanced data analytics, or prior experience integrating ML models into production applications.
