Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON (100% Remote)

Employment Type: Permanent FTE

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable full-stack software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system stability (on-call rotation required).
• Collaborate on code reviews, documentation, and technical planning.
• Identify and manage technical debt.
• Stay current with technologies and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Backend: Ruby on Rails, Golang, gRPC
• Infrastructure: AWS, Fargate, Terraform, Docker
• Data: Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Looker

Requirements:

• Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Django)
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript, etc.)
• AWS CDK or Terraform experience.
• Experience with data tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran.
