Who We’re Looking For: We're hiring an experienced Full-Stack Developer with exceptional management and soft skills. You’ll take ownership of project management, lead sprint planning, optimize team processes, and manage day-to-day technical operations. Ideally, you'll step into and improve upon existing management structures while also being hands-on with development tasks and bug resolutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Project & Sprint Management: Lead sprint planning, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
SOP Development: Create, implement, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Product Development Team to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct QA reviews to ensure all specifications and quality standards are consistently met.
Bug Management: Triaging, assigning, and managing bugs to maintain platform performance and stability.
Hands-on Development: Assist in daily technical tasks, including optimization, bug fixing, and general platform improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who can effectively bridge high-level team management with practical, technical expertise.
