Job summary

Flair Airlines Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support modern web, mobile, API, and cloud-based applications.

You will work across the stack with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions for customers and internal systems. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong skills in .NET/C#, Python, Next.js, React, TypeScript, or Flutter, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting web apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, Python, Next.js, React, TypeScript, or Flutter.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Proficient with Git and modern version control.
• Experience in Agile software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Build front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and standards.
• Develop integrations with internal platforms and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for quality, security, and performance.
• Create technical documentation for applications and processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Support releases, deployments, and production readiness.
• Develop cloud-based solutions with focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration.
