Job summary

City of Kelowna is seeking a Full-stack Developer (Business Systems Analyst) to design, develop and modernize city systems using .NET and Azure, and to drive automation across departments.

You will integrate ERP, Revenue and Asset Management systems and lead Power Platform adoption within an Agile team to deliver high-impact solutions that support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Four-year bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years' experience with .NET and Azure.
  • Azure cloud expertise and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Extensive experience with the Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with microservices and modular architecture.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, RPA, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft.NET and Azure to modernize city systems and improve citizen services.
  • Integrate and enhance enterprise systems such as the City’s ERP, Revenue and Asset Management Systems.

As a Full-stack Developer, you will:
