Job summary

AppDirect is seeking a meticulous Payroll and Benefits Administrator to own full-cycle payroll for multiple US entities, manage comprehensive benefits programs, and handle LOA processes. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across multi-state operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to support a superior employee experience.

The role requires 3–5+ years in US payroll and benefits, experience with HRIS platforms, and strong data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• FPC, CPP, or CEBS certifications are preferred.
• Experience with US payroll and multi-state compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end US payroll for multiple entities across states.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment.
• Handle LOA management in compliance with applicable laws.
• Ensure ACA, COBRA, and other regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Ops to align compensation and benefits.
