Responsibilities include CRA remittances, ROEs, T4s, and annual reconciliations, while maintaining Alberta standards. Collaboration with HR and finance supports process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for hourly employees and salaried staff.
• Maintain payroll accuracy, balancing, year-end processing, and legislative reporting requirements.
• Manage CRA remittances, ROEs, T4 preparation, and annual payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with Alberta Employment Standards and Canadian payroll legislation, including overtime calculations and deductions.
• Serve as the primary resource for employee payroll inquiries and payroll record maintenance.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify payroll process improvements.
