Position Overview

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Success in this role involves being a team player, curious, resourceful, and inclusive. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, beginning your next great chapter.

  1. Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales.
  2. Support store execution of company initiatives.
  3. Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  4. Innovate in engaging clients and expanding the client base.
  5. Represent the customer experience expectations in-store.
  6. Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand standards, supporting the company and store vision.
  7. Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  8. Act as a champion of RL core values.
  9. Embrace RL's "More ways to shop" initiative and new technology.
  10. Foster a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
  11. Network and source talent effectively.
  12. Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
  13. Support alternative purchasing methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home to enhance customer connectivity.
  14. Enhance product discovery through digital tools like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  15. Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity.
  16. Uphold all company policies and procedures.
  17. Communicate category opportunities or needs to management.
  18. Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  1. Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  3. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb as needed.
  4. Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  5. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
  6. Proven success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
  7. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
