Role Overview

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize customer experience, aiming to provide personalized and inspiring shopping experiences. Success involves teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and inclusivity. This role is a stepping stone to future leadership within Ralph Lauren.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales and profit targets using key tools and resources.
  2. Support store initiatives and participate in team training.
  3. Engage creatively to connect with clients and expand the customer base.
  4. Represent the customer experience expectations in-store.
  5. Deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences and support store and company vision.
  6. Participate in community outreach and client initiatives.
  7. Uphold Ralph Lauren’s core values and embrace new shopping technologies.
  8. Foster a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
  9. Network and source new talent.
  10. Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
  11. Support alternative purchasing methods and enhance product discovery through digital tools.
  12. Maintain high productivity standards and store standards.
  13. Adhere to company policies and provide feedback on category opportunities.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  1. Experience in retail or a similar high-volume environment preferred.
  2. Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  3. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
  4. Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
  5. Proven success in building positive relationships and managing priorities.
