Job summary

Convivio, Coopérative à Lévis, recherche un(e) superviseur(se) opérationnel(le) pour piloter les opérations quotidiennes et diriger une équipe de 5 à 10 personnes. Vous organiserez les activités et veillerez à l’atteinte des objectifs tout en assurant un service fluide et de qualité en Français.

Le poste requiert 1 à 2 années d’expérience, des compétences en gestion du personnel, et une capacité à travailler selon des horaires en soirée et week-end, avec 40 heures par semaine.

Qualifications

• Doit posséder un diplôme d'études secondaires.
• Expérience exigée: 1 à moins de 2 ans dans un rôle lié.
