Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview position and frontline supervisor to support the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture. The role manages day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station, guiding employees in package handling, routing and recovery of potential service failures.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience is preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience in related industry preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Cargo Handlers (CH) staff in proper package handling, routing and recovery of potential service failures within the station sort function.
• Oversee CH functions, including directing work activities, mentoring/coaching/training, and ensuring compliance with FXE policies and government regulations.
