Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive software development experience.
• Experience leading development on high complexity features.
• Advocate for product quality and maintainable software.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and OO programming.
• Experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Familiar with data modeling and semantics.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools and new technology.
• Experience with React or other frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality features with emphasis on UX and performance.
• Prepare and present technical designs with input from team and stakeholders.
• Plan, design and implement automated tests to ensure reliability.
• Create prototypes and explore designs to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
• Innovate with Generative AI and new technologies.
