Verifran is seeking a frontend engineer to build product surfaces in React and TypeScript, starting from design tokens and extending to the design system. You will own components, tokens, and the discipline to use them consistently across the product.
You will push for accessibility, craft deliberate CSS, and ensure shipped work reflects real user needs. This fully remote role emphasizes overlap with Eastern Time, and aims to turn assessments into conversations rather than forms.
Build the surfaces people actually judge us by: the assessment a franchisee talks their way through, and the intelligence card a franchisor decides on.
TeamEngineering TypeFull-time LocationRemote — anywhere with 4 hours overlap with Eastern Time
Two audiences, opposite needs. A franchisee is being measured and needs the experience to feel fair and unhurried. A franchisor is deciding whether to spend a credit and needs density, evidence and speed. Both run on the same design system.
You will care about the things that do not show up in a ticket: whether a gate is enforced server-side or merely blurred, whether a control is 24px, whether a number is legible at 3.4:1. We hold a fairly high bar on that and would like someone who raises it.

Remote
This role is fully remote. We care about overlap, not postcode — four hours with Eastern Time is enough.
How we hire
A conversation, a piece of real work paid at our rate, and a call with the team you would join. No whiteboard puzzles, no unpaid take-homes.
