Job summary

EightLabs, a Toronto-based digital agency, seeks a Frontend Developer to translate high‑fidelity designs into responsive, accessible, and performant web apps. You will work with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to deliver polished interfaces and smooth micro-interactions.

You’ll collaborate with design to ensure feasibility, optimize for speed, and uphold WCAG accessibility across deliverables. Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP will be a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Strong command of semantic HTML, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox), and responsive design.

You will be responsible for translating high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and highly performant web applications.
