Job summary

Maintain an accurate cash drawer, follow company policies, and contribute to a positive environment engaging both employees and customers. Assist in other store duties as needed.

• Basic mathematical skills to handle transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Partial high school education.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs

• Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
• Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
• Assist in Home Healthcare functions
• Maintain customer service desk area
• Assist other departments and functions as required
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required
