Job summary

Sobeys Inc. in Charlottetown, PEI, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly service, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling at the front end. You will help manage transactions, lotto services, and routine store duties to support a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures.
• Manage lotto services.
• Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions.
• Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions.
• Assist in Front End Department functions.
• Maintain customer service desk area.
• Assist other departments and functions as required.
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
