Job summary

Westin invites hospitality professionals to join our team as a Guest Service Manager responsible for the day-to-day Front Office operations, including the command center, front desk, bell services and valet team.

You will coach and motivate staff, ensure compliance with Westin and Marriott standards, and maintain high service levels while fostering a positive guest experience in a premium resort setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Hotel/Restaurant Management or the equivalent is an asset.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain First Aid Certificate.
• Strong organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations including front desk, bell services and valet.
• Coach, train and motivate Front Office staff and ensure adherence to Westin and Marriott standards.
• Manage schedules and cross-training with Housekeeping; monitor guest interactions and address issues promptly.
