Northland Properties is seeking enthusiastic servers to join our hospitality-driven team. You will deliver memorable guest experiences through attentive service, smooth communication, and teamwork in a full-service restaurant setting.

Key responsibilities include guiding guests, answering menu questions, coordinating with colleagues, maintaining a clean dining area, and handling guest concerns with a positive, proactive approach. Opportunities for growth across Canada and the USA are available.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.
• Outgoing, energetic, and positive attitude.
