Duties & Responsibilities

If you’re friendly, fun, and maybe a little crazy, you’ll fit right in, and your career possibilities are endless. As a Front of House Manager at Jack Astor’s, you will be responsible for:

  • Working alongside the General Manager to lead our Peeps in providing high-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service.
  • Developing leadership skills under the mentorship of the GM and coaching our Peeps to ensure they receive excellent training and support.
  • Learning and managing financials to achieve and surpass established goals.
  • Living and teaching Jack’s Values and Promises.
  • Using strong time management and attention to detail to complete your tasks effectively.
  • Spreading enthusiasm and energy among all team members.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of previous restaurant management or supervisory experience in a comparable environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing English.
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to manage sales goals, inventory, cash, and other tasks requiring good math and analytical skills.
  • Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification are assets.
