Job summary

Northland Restaurant Group in Canada is seeking a Bartender who is positive, hospitality-driven and team-oriented to be the center-stage of the lounge. You will welcome guests, maintain a clean, upbeat environment, and deliver full beverage and food pairing service at the bar.

You will work with a renowned hospitality team committed to development, growth, and memorable guest experiences across Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

• Minimum serving experience at a high level is required.
• Basic bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
• Highly organized and energetic with a positive demeanor.
• Able to share positive experiences about food and drink with guests.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages, creating a personalized connection.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of all beverages featured in the menus.
• Deliver full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar and provide pairings.
• Promptly and accurately prepare beverage orders for servers and guests, including drinks for in-house guests.
• Help maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge.
