3. Order merchandise
4. Authorize return of merchandise
5. Sell merchandise
6. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
7. Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
8. Organize and maintain inventory
9. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Supervision:

• Supervise 1 to 2 people
• Supervise 3-4 people
• Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
